SABRINA VENEZIA
PROFILE
Sabrina is a true force in both her high school and the greater community. She is a highly accomplished individual who strongly commits to serving others and correcting inequities. Sabrina is an accomplished artist and dedicates her free time to self-expression through drawing and photography, demonstrating a deep appreciation for the creative process. Her work has been recognized and published in the award-winning student-run publication Briars & Ivy.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, Sabrina has taken on significant leadership roles, including serving as President of the Writers Circle and President of the (914) Cares Club. Sabrina is a long-time intern for (914) Cares, a local nonprofit that supports underserved and at-risk families in the region.
Sabrina also engages in STEM-oriented activities and is an alumna of Girls Who Code, demonstrating an awareness of the importance of technological literacy. She is also committed to promoting inclusivity and tolerance as vice-president of the Gay Straight Alliance.
As a Briarcliff Manor Emergency Medical Service member, Sabrina also provides essential services to her neighbors and has completed CPR/AED and first aid training.
Sabrina is an active member of Briarcliff High School’s chapters of the National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, and Rho Kappa, the social studies honor society. She is also an athlete and a member of the Briarcliff High School Girls Varsity Soccer and Girls Varsity Lacrosse teams.
Sabrina's remarkable commitment to engaging and being an active community advocate makes her an invaluable asset to her school and community.
